My intentions with the Photographer’s Corner is to put up quick little tips & tricks for all things photography. These tips & tricks could be related to camera and gear, photography, Lightroom, Photoshop, Marketing & Sales, etc. If you have any suggestions on what you’d like to see here, feel free to leave a comment and let me know.
Defog your image in Photoshop
If you want to “defog” your image and add more contrast to it:
1. With your image opened in Photoshop, press Ctrl+J to duplicate the layer
2. Set your new layers blending mode to Soft Light
3. Adjust Opacity to your liking.
4. If you think you would like more contrast, set your blend mode to Overlay and then adjust your Opacity
